Michael Pinfold is a south west based photographer whose main interest lies within the Cornish Coastline.  He picked up an interest in photography while taking holiday snaps when he was growing up.  After studying an evening class in photography he knew it was something he wanted to pursue, and enrolled onto a two year HND course at Truro College at the age of 19 where he began to develop his ability. 
 
" I hope my love for the Cornish landscape, in particular the coastline, comes through in my image making.
 
With climate change and developments threatening to change the face of the coastline, image making may prove the only way to allow future generations to see what it looked like at the start of this millennium."

 

All images are professionally mounted and framed [example]. The frames are simple black pieces, presenting the photographs in a very elegant way without being over-powering.
